Antonio (アントニオ, Antonio) is a character in Suikoden who makes a cameo appearance in Suikoden II. Antonio is a skilled chef who worked for Marie during the Gate Rune War.
History

Antonio was a chef who described his life as being dedicated to cooking. He travelled looking for a place where he could utilize his talents.
After Marie joined the Toran Liberation Army and she remarked that she could use a cook, Antonio offered to join the army. He seemed to like Marie and there were rumors that he and Lester once quarreled over her.
He was grateful to be able to serve the Liberation Army as they fought for peace. Antonio also fought during the Gate Rune War, swinging his surprisingly heavy ceramic pan, although his true talents laid with bolstering the morale of the troops with his culinary skills.
Following the end of the Gate Rune War, Antonio continued to serve as the cook at Marie's inn, this time in Gregminster.
Antonio would show up at New State Army Headquarters during the Dunan Unification War as a friendly challenger to Hai Yo. Antonio appeared to know nothing of the Black Dragon Group and their friendly Cook-Off is what would reignite Hai Yo's passion for cooking. After Hai Yo's victory, he would give Hai Yo his specialty recipe, Ramen.
