Milia's weapon upgrades as Valkyrie, Valhalla, and Brunhildt, which are all characters or terms from Norse mythology. The Valkyries were the choosers of the slain who escorted those who died in battle to Valhalla. Valhalla was the majestic hall where those slain in battle were allowed to spend the afterlife. Brunhildt is a mangling of Brunhild, who was a valkyrie doomed to live a mortal life and married Gunnar/Gunther after being rescued by Sigurðr/Sigfreid.
