History
Eliza was the beloved wife of General Kiba Windamier and the mother of Klaus.
She came from a distinguished family in the Highland Kingdom. As such, she was spared any retribution when Kiba and Klaus defected to the New State Army following the death of Agares Blight.
It is said that Klaus very much inherited his looks and temperment from his mother.
