Lebrante is a [[Zexen Federation|Zexen]] appraiser with absolute confidence in his talents who opened an appraisal store in [[Radat Town]]. His goal was to collect 100 [[Celadon Vase|Celadon Vases]] and he gladly joined the [[New State Army]] in exchange for the last vase needed to complete his collection.

He would reveal it as the [[Seven Treasure Rising Dragon]], a sword with a deep connection to the [[Scarlet Moon Empire]] itself, giving Richmond a key clue to solving the mystery of Milan's attacker.


Lebrante was not naturally bald, rather he shaved his head in order to ensure a stray hair would never fall on his precious antiques. Although he was described as easily irritated, he was known to sing loudly, and repeatedly, after a few drinks of sake.
