Dios is a military officer within the Harmonian army and the aide-de-camp of Bishop [[Sasarai]]. He's considered to be quite clever but due to bad luck and a lack of social skills he always seems to be assigned to thankless support roles. As such, he was never evaluated particularly highly within the military until he performance in the [[Higheast Rebellion]] caught the eye of Sasarai, earning him a promotion to Chief of Staff under his command.
