Setsu (セツ, Setsu) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV who also appears briefly in Suikoden Tactics. Setsu is the worrisome retainer to Lino En Kuldes in the Kingdom of Obel.
History

Setsu served as the loyal retainer to the royal family of Obel. His main priority in life was the prosperity of the kingdom and its royal family, which caused him sometimes to dismiss any other concerns. He was something of a do-good worrier and often clashed with Lino En Kuldes and Flare about their risk-tasking.
When the Island Liberation War began, he was against any military conflict between Obel and the Kooluk Empire but his concerns were overridden by Lino. He would stay behind on the island when it was occupied by the Kooluk, in order to protect Flare and the kingdom's citizens. Following the island's liberation, he would join the crew of the Headquarters Ship.
Following the war, Setsu would continue to serve Lino and Flare loyally from the shadows.
