Ornan (オルナン, Orunan) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV. Ornan is a traveler, searching for a past love who left him.
History

Ornan was a man caught in the shadow of an ex-lover he met in the past. He fought using throwing daggers to take down his enemies and was held in high regard as a warrior. However, he bore the Waking Rune which had him sleep in battle, making him somewhat unreliable when combined with his mild personality.
As he was searching for a past love, he decided to join the Headquarters Ship crew as he reasoned that a group gathering many people may offer up some potential leads in his search.
Apparently, he did not meet the person he was searching for during the Island Liberation War, although he felt Louise resembled her, and following the conflict, he would continue his search.

After your first meeting with Lino En Kuldes, speak to Ornan in the Kingdom of Obel and he will join you.
Ornan can only be recruited prior to the naval battle Defending Obel. |
