Aesia (エイシア, Eishia) is a character who appears in Genso Suikoden Short Story Collection 2.
History
Aesia was a beautiful woman of means, with long, silver hair, pale skin, and a bright, beautiful smile. She lived with her son, Roy, in South Window City when she was kidnapped by the vampire Neclord as one of his "brides" six months prior to his defeat in the Gate Rune War.
Following Neclord's defeat and hearing a rumor that his mother had been taken to the Banner Forest, Roy made his way there with the swordsman Foryn. Together, they would meet Viktor and the Star Dragon Sword who was journeying to North Window.
Viktor and the Star Dragon Sword would surmise that Aesia was avoiding settlements and awaiting death. When Roy found her near a spring in the Banner Forest, Aesia would move to claim her son, stating she couldn't wait for death alone.
Like all vampires, Aesia had enhanced strength and reflexes and deftly avoided Viktor's attacks. Foryn's attack and her focus on claiming Roy allowed Viktor to finally deal a fatal blow to Aesia and she turned to dust after being struck down by the Star Dragon Sword.
Following her demise, Viktor brought Roy back to South Window City.
