Cedric was a young man who was born carrying the [[Godspeed Rune]], which gave him the gift of incredible speed. He was a little timid but overall the bearer of a pure heart, putting up a brave front in order to use his skills to help people. His naivety angered many as he did not know that [[potch]] was needed to eat in restaurants, earning him a reputation for dining and dashing. Because of this habit, [[Rachel]] would be called in to collect on his debts.

The two of them are often seen discussing, but also show signs of a deeper relationship.
