History

Volga held the influential informal position of "boss" over the eastern bank of Lelcar during the tumultuous Sun Rune War, a conflict that divided the town between various factions vying for control.

Despite his aggressive and fierce appearance and demeanor, Volga's true nature was that of a remarkably caring and compassionate individual. For many years, he dedicated himself to the well-being of orphans in the town, providing them with care and support in their vulnerable circumstances. Among the fortunate recipients of his benevolence was a young boy named Kyle, who, like many others, found solace and care under Volga's watchful eye.

As a leader in Lelcar, Volga found himself at odds with Orok, a fellow authority figure, over the administration and governance of the town. However, when the moment demanded unity and cooperation, Volga willingly set aside his differences with Orok and joined forces with him as they both became part of the Imperial City Recapture Army in response to the Godwins' abandonment of Lelcar.

Despite his outwardly assertive demeanor, Volga was not naturally confrontational. Rather, it was his unwavering commitment to his principles and beliefs that fueled his passion for maintaining his stance, even if it meant standing firm against prevailing opinions.

In the aftermath of the Sun Rune War, Volga's actions and character garnered him a substantial following of supporters who believed him the ideal candidate to assume the role of Mayor of Lelcar. Although reluctant to accept the position, Volga ultimately acquiesced to the wishes of his supporters, taking on the mantle of leadership with a sense of responsibility and dedication.
