Volga (ヴォリガ, Vuoriga) is a supporting character in Suikoden V. Volga is an influential person in Lelcar local politics.
History
Volga held the influential informal position of "boss" over the eastern bank of Lelcar during the tumultuous Sun Rune War, a conflict that divided the town between various factions vying for control.
Despite his aggressive and fierce appearance and demeanor, Volga's true nature was that of a remarkably caring and compassionate individual.
