Mt. Hioni
Basic Information
Type
Mountain

Mt. Hioni (ヒオニ山, Hioni Yama) is a location in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. Located west of Fairpeak, it is a frozen mountain home to a small settlement.

Information

Located west of Fairpeak, in the past Mt. Hioni held the settlement of Hioni Village upon it. This village was destroyed in HIY 200 by the Holy Empire of Ionia to prevent the spread of prohibited documents.

The village would be restored by the Company and Luseri when they traveled back in time and helped Heidrake deflect the Ionian attack. Following this, the small community continued to exist into HIY 300. The Vermilion Axe climbed Mt. Hioni that same year, hoping to lure the Ionian army into an ambush in the Glacial Cave.

Mt. Hioni continued westwards with that area known as West Mt. Hioni.
