Information
The leather collar is a common piece of apparel worn by kobolds. These collars can help reduce the danger of an attack striking the throat and neck. Apparently, wearing one of these collars can calm an excited or otherwise agitated kobold down.

- Erroneously localised as "Necklace", it is really a "Collar" which makes much more sense considering its a kobold-exclusive piece of equipment.
