Kobolds (コボルト, Koborudo) are a race in the Suikoden series. Several prominent characters in the series have been kobolds.

On the northern continent, kobolds could be said to hold influence second only to that of humans with settlements existing in several countries, such as in the Great Forest or Two River Principality. They are possessing of a humanoid body with a head reminiscent of a dog and their way of living strongly resembles that of humans. They are normally shorter than humans.
