Lo Seng (ロウセン, Rousen) is an event enemy in Suikoden IV. He is fought alongside his siblings, Lo Fong and Lo Hak.
Information
Lo Seng and his siblings would try and extort 10,000 potch in the name of the hero, unaware that the person they were targeting was that same hero.
The three would attack the hero and his companions. Lo Seng, as the eldest sibling, was the strongest of the three. As such, it makes sense to isolate him by removing his siblings first before whittling down what remains of his health afterwards.
